TBK India is expanding rooftop solar after reporting strong returns from its first phase. This is a general commercial-solar story rather than a pumping project, but the phased-investment method is useful for farms, estates and water utilities considering several pump sites.
Start with a measurable pilot
A first phase should record daily water volume, solar generation, pump run time, downtime and displaced diesel or grid energy. Those measurements show whether the hydraulic assumptions and controller settings were correct before more sites are ordered.
Standardise only after verification
When the pilot performs as expected, buyers can standardise approved pump, controller, protection and monitoring packages while keeping bore depth and flow requirements site-specific. This reduces repeat engineering without forcing one unsuitable size everywhere.
